WHAT'S UP WITH SHIPPING?Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying USPS tracking number when your package has shipped.

The Break is happy to offer both domestic and international shipping.

For orders sent to addresses within the US, The Break offers a $10 USPS flat rate and your package will arrive anywhere between 3 – 8 business days once shipped.

For international orders, The Break offers USPS international first class shipping for an additional cost. The total cost will be calculated during check out. Estimated delivery is between 10-21 business days and includes limited tracking information as we cannot track exact whereabouts once the package has left the country. Customs offices may delay estimated arrival dates. Customs fees and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The Break assumes no responsibility for international or domestic packages that are lost or stolen.


WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT BREAK ESSENTIALS?Break Essentials are wardrobe must-haves - vintage classics hand sourced in bulk, exemplifying style that has stood the test of time.

Since Break Essentials are sized generally, we will provide prepaid return labels for customers who wish to exchange their piece for a different size.

Email us at contact@shopthebreak.com to receive a label. Let us know of any issues you had with sizing, and we will find what works best for you and send the newly sized piece free of charge! Right now, this does not apply to international orders. Please note that Break Essentials can only be returned for store credit.


WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for exchange or store credit.

Note: All sale items are final.

To make an online/Instagram return to The Break, please mail the item back to us with 14 days of purchase.

Note: Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The Break cannot provide exchanges for size or color on one-of-a-kind merchandise. However, store credit is available. Please email contact@shopthebreak.com with any additional questions!


WHAT SIZE AM I?When shopping for vintage and pre-owned pieces online, it’s best to follow our garmet measurements as opposed to the marked size. Clothing and sizing has changed over time and differs between brands. Should you have any questions about specific measurements, feel free to contact us directly at contact@shopthebreak.com.


DO YOU RESPECT MY PRIVACY?Of course we do! The Break collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers’ shopping experience and to enhance the performance and accuracy of our operations and website.

We collect information such as your name, e-mail, postal address and credit card numbers, that you provide to us when you place an order. We do not share any of this information with third parties.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW? Our products are curated from vintage, consignment, and thrift stores throughout the world. While we follow strict guidelines for maintaining the highest quality product, normal wear should be expected. Because of the second-hand, transient nature of vintage, some pieces may have areas of discoloration or wear. Imperfections will be noted to the best of our ability.

We are now carrying independent lines that are representative of our mission and aesthetic! These are small, international brands that we are proud to have as members of The Break family.
